My stay in the Euromed … is a good memory.We have been nicely welcome at the reception the day of my arrival (a Sunday!) and the fact that you work with Europ assistance or D.K.V. is very useful.The medical team was very professional, pleasant and always ready to help.The room and the bath were large, bright and clean.A bad point … ??? yes, of course … but a small one … the «каша» for the breakfast!??? But never mind, I was in your beautiful country that I like very much ❤❤❤ and I had to adapt!!!Best regards from a well cured Belgian

We would like to let you know, me and my husband (David Andrew Shepherd) already arrived at Bangkok and our journey quite difficult since we got flight cancel but at the end, we made it to our home, thank you for your wonderful doctors that prepare us in the best way you could do or could be done. Thank you, the attention I received was thorough and I was very pleased that your lovely receptionist was able to deal direct with my travel insurance people and so I didn't have to worry about that or be out of pocket for any expense other than a taxi fare back to the boat. I might add that I am still not 100% recovered, but that is not your fault. I am blaming the tourist boat people for having an obstacle on their un-lit pathway leading to the gang-way to board the boat.Thank your for your attention.Blessings

Dear doctors and nurses at Euromed.
I am writing to thank all of you for your excellent treatment during my stay in the clinic between 7th and 14th June, but most particularly for the kindness that all of you showed me, In particular my doctors, Vladimir and Maksim, and nurses, the two Olgas, Zoya and Alla, who all executed their duties with efficiency, sympathy and kindness, in spite of the language barrier.Although it was not the holiday in Saint-Peterburg that I had dreamed of, the staff of Euromed Clinic made my stay there as pleasant as I could be in the circumstances.
I am now back at home and still undergoing treatment, but I hope in the end to recover fully and to revisit your beautiful city.

Hello, I would like to say thank Bykova Anna - obstetrician-gynecologist- for her professionalism and care. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such highly professional care , although have to admit I had my prejudice regarding healthcare in Russia. And all the rest staff, nurses and girls at a reception were very helpful and professional. The service I received was amazing! Thank you all.

Big thanks to Dr Anna Bykova, she has been my companion during my 9 months journey of pregnancy. My constant support. She was even available to me during her holidays. If not for her this journey would have been more stressful for him.
